The KW Series is a compact yet robust excavator-mounted mowing head, engineered specifically for 6–8 ton class excavators. Designed for contractors and municipal crews handling diverse terrain, it easily takes on grass, reeds, aquatic plants, and brush — including small trees and regrowth.
At its core, the KW Series features a double-sided flail hammer setup that enables bi-directional mowing, maximizing productivity on swing passes. The floating mount keeps the head responsive while minimizing ground pressure, making it ideal for uneven or soft terrain like ditches, banks, and marshy areas.
Powered by 4 heavy-duty belts and built around a 108 mm inline rotor, this unit packs serious cutting capability into a nimble footprint. With minimal maintenance requirements and standard adjustable mounts, it’s a smart and versatile choice for excavator operators.
